The 11kV medium voltage(MV) electric power cable use copper conductors, semiconductor conductor shield, XLPE/cross-linked polyethylene insulation, semi-conductive insulation screen, copper tape metallic screen, PVC bedding, Aluminium wire armoured (AWA) and PVC outer sheath. The cable is suitable for rated voltage from 6,6kV up to 33kV in accordance with SANS or other National or International Standards.
