The company has its own silicon steel sheet cutting line, and the iron core uses laser-marked high-permeability silicon steel sheet---ensuring quality and reducing costs;
The non-perforated iron core design is combined with 7-layer marching type strapping structure to ensure the uniform distribution of the electric field in the iron core connections --- no-load loss can be reduced by 4-6% compared with similar products on the market;
Clamps for bending iron cores of our own design - increase the mechanical strength of products;
The top end surface is made of clear casting resin, which prevents moisture from entering and reduces loss during unloading.

Self-developed injection mold and vacuum casting with epoxy resin ------ achieve modern appearance and high mechanical strength;
High quality epoxy resin with filler technology and NO M E X Level C paper insulation materials, low temperature rise design - enhance the reliability of the transformer;
Low Voltage Foil Wound Coil - Balances high and low voltage ampere-turns and increases mechanical strength, making mass production easier;
Based on the structure and characteristics of epoxy resin, the coil structure is chosen wise, and the internal field strength distribution is improved, which reduces partial discharge and increases the service life of the transformer.
