Application

Concentric cables are used for electrical service entrance from the distribution grid to the meter panel (especially in cases where protection against "black" losses or power robbery is required), and for feeder cables from the meter panel to the panel or the main distribution panel, as specified in the National Electrical Code.

This type of conductor can be used in dry and wet places, directly buried or outdoors; The maximum operating temperature is 90ºC and the operating voltage for all applications is 600 V.

Benefits

Especially suitable for connecting single-phase low-voltage energy from pre-assembled overhead lines, reducing the risk of theft of energy. Installation requires the use of aerial protection, which can interrupt the feed and expose theft attempts if a short circuit is caused due to a secret connection.
