Przewody aluminiowe ACAR Wzmocnione stopem aluminium, norma ASTM B524

Przewód ACAR nazywany jest również przewodnikiem wzmocnionym stopem aluminium, który jest przewodnikiem skręconym koncentrycznie, składającym się z pasm aluminium 1350-H19 i stopu aluminium 6201.

Aplikacja

ACAR Conductor jest używany jako goły kabel w napowietrznych liniach przesyłowych i dystrybucyjnych, a także jako szyna zbiorcza w podstacjach, gdzie jest bardzo odpowiedni, biorąc pod uwagę właściwości mechaniczne i elektryczne. W porównaniu z ACSR o tej samej wadze, ACAR może zaoferować wyższą obciążalność prądową i wytrzymałość mechaniczną.

Budowa

Druty aluminiowe 1350-H19 są skręcone koncentrycznie na rdzeniu ze stopu aluminium 6201. Liczba żył każdego z nich zależy od konstrukcji kabla. w niektórych konstrukcjach kablowych druty ze stopu aluminium 6201 mogą być rozmieszczone warstwowo w całym aluminium 1350-H19.

Funkcja

Kabel wzmocniony stopem aluminium (ACAR) jest doskonałym przewodnikiem tam, gdzie obciążalność prądowa, większa wytrzymałość i mniejsza masa przewodu mają kluczowe znaczenie dla projektu linii.
